1. Bookings & Payments

1.1. All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability. 1.2. Full payment is required to confirm your booking. Payments must be made via [insert payment method]. 1.3. Hourly rates apply as per the advertised pricing. Discounts or special rates must be pre-approved in writing. 1.4. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. 2.1. The hirer is responsible for ensuring that all attendees conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. 2.2. The studio must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any damage or excessive mess will result in additional cleaning or repair fees. 2.3. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted on the premises. 2.4. Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable volume, respecting other studio users and nearby businesses. 2.5. Equipment, including sound systems, air tracks, and mats, must be used properly and returned to their original condition.

3. Liability & Insurance

3.1. The studio is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings during hire. 3.2. Hirers must have their own insurance to cover any liability, injuries, or damage caused by their activities. 3.3. The hirer agrees to indemnify the studio against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from their use of the space.

4. Health & Safety

4.1. All participants must adhere to health and safety regulations, including appropriate footwear and attire. 4.2. Emergency exits must always remain clear. 4.3. Any injuries or incidents must be reported to the management immediately. 4.4. First aid supplies are available on-site, but hirers are responsible for their own first aid provisions.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1. The studio reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, with a full refund provided. 5.2. No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or failure to comply with these terms.

6. Termination of Hire

6.1. The studio reserves the right to terminate a booking immediately if the hirer or attendees violate any of these terms and conditions. 6.2. No refunds will be issued if a booking is terminated due to misconduct or rule violations.

7. Agreement

By booking and using the studio, the hirer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
